Ingredients
- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
- Pat pork chops dry.
