Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk or buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- Oil spray or oil for frying
- Ranch, buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or honey mustard, for dipping
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F or heat oil for frying.
- Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Dip cauliflower in milk, then flour mixture, then back into milk, then breadcrumbs.
- For baking, place on a lined sheet pan, spray with oil, and bake 25 to 30 minutes, flipping once.
- For frying, fry in batches until golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
