Crockpot peach cobbler dump cake

This crockpot peach cobbler dump cake is warm, buttery, and made for a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans sliced peaches in juice or syrup, 15 oz each
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving

Directions

  1. Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray.
  2. Add peaches with their liquid and stir in vanilla.
  3. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the peaches. Do not stir.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the top.
  5. Lay butter slices evenly over the cake mix.
  6. Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or low for 4 hours, until the edges are bubbly and the top is set.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream.

Place a clean towel under the lid during the last 30 minutes to catch condensation and help the topping set.
