This white chicken chili is creamy, mild, and easy to dress up with all the toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans white beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 4 oz can diced green chiles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Toppings: cilantro, avocado, cheese, tortilla strips
Directions
- Add chicken, beans, corn, green chiles, broth, and seasonings to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir it back into the chili.
- Add cream cheese and sour cream. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring until creamy.
- Serve with toppings.
