Loaded Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Loaded garlic butter steak bites

These loaded garlic butter steak bites are fast, buttery, and perfect with crispy potatoes or rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, diced small
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Optional: shredded cheese, sour cream, or green onions

Directions

  1. Boil or microwave diced potatoes until just tender, then pat dry.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook potatoes until crisp and golden. Remove from skillet.
  3. Season steak with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
  4. Sear steak bites in the hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  5. Lower heat and add butter and garlic. Toss until the steak is coated.
  6. Return potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
  7. Finish with parsley and any loaded toppings you like.

Mood Messy Tip

Do not crowd the skillet. Sear steak in batches if needed so it browns instead of steaming.
