These loaded garlic butter steak bites are fast, buttery, and perfect with crispy potatoes or rice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, diced small
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Optional: shredded cheese, sour cream, or green onions
Directions
- Boil or microwave diced potatoes until just tender, then pat dry.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook potatoes until crisp and golden. Remove from skillet.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
- Sear steak bites in the hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Lower heat and add butter and garlic. Toss until the steak is coated.
- Return potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Finish with parsley and any loaded toppings you like.
Mood Messy Tip
Do not crowd the skillet. Sear steak in batches if needed so it browns instead of steaming.
