Rhodes Roll Pull-Apart Garlic Bread

Pull-apart garlic bread made from frozen Rhodes rolls

Frozen Rhodes rolls turn into soft, fluffy pull-apart garlic bread with barely any work. It is buttery, garlicky, and perfect for pasta night or cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen Rhodes dinner rolls
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, optional

Instructions

  1. Grease a loaf pan or small baking dish.
  2. Place frozen rolls in the pan, cover, and let rise until puffy according to package directions.
  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  5. Pour garlic butter over the risen rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
  6. Bake 22 to 28 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  7. Brush with any extra garlic butter and serve warm.

Mood Messy Tips

  • Give the rolls enough time to rise so the bread bakes fluffy.
  • Place the pan on a sheet pan in case butter bubbles over.
