Tuna Cucumber Salad

Tuna cucumber salad

This tuna cucumber salad is fresh, creamy, crunchy, and quick. Eat it with crackers, pile it on a sandwich, or enjoy it straight from the bowl.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill or parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Crackers, bread, or lettuce cups, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add tuna and cucumber to a bowl.
  2. Stir in mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, lemon juice, onion, and herbs.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Chill 10 minutes if desired.
  5. Serve with crackers, on bread, in lettuce cups, or straight from the bowl.
